Davide Pascucci

Davide Pascucci

Founder and CEO / Automation + SCADA SME

With almost 20 years of experience in the automation industry, Davide couldn’t be more passionate about delivering digital transformation to our clients. He began his career in Europe working for significant EPC contractors, operating in the Middle Eastern oil and gas sector. While this is where his focus on automation and instrumentation began, his interest in implementation skyrocketed with his arrival to the USA.

His background is firmly rooted in the oil and gas industry, but his knowledge has diversified into other vertical markets in recent years. To challenge his knowledge, David has developed new skills and strategies which have transported him to manufacturing, process design, OEM and water/wastewater customers.

As the CEO of Bright IA, Davide prides himself on his attention to detail. He’s committed to delivering the best automation solutions to his customers with integrity, quality, and leadership. With every aspect of the business, he intends to help our clients achieve the competitive edge they’re capable of.

Senior SCADA and MES Developer

Jaideep is an exceptional PLC and robot programmer, and MES design architect with high motivation toward digital IIoT manufacturing using Industry 4.0 standards. He is specialized in industrial architecture on both cloud and edge for connected factory solutions.

Rest assured that with Jaideep’s expertise your plant will run at the maximum of it’s capacity.

Jaideep is also Ignition gold certified (working with the platform since the 7.8 release), and has also attended numerous robot training and a lot of hands-on experience as well.

Abraham Downing

Sr. Automation Engineer

With a decade of experience in technology, Abraham Downing has established himself as a proficient professional specializing in robotics, motion control, vision systems, machine learning, and data collection.

His career began with developing controls for chemical dosing systems in the oil field, leading to a role as a project engineer in a large paper and drywall company, managing capital projects. In 2020, he transitioned to become a controls engineer, completing projects in medical device manufacturing, food & beverage, dairy, and aerospace.

 

Abraham's expertise extends to laser marking, machine integration, machine vision, manufacturing optimization, and part tracking. He excels in troubleshooting complex automation systems and is highly skilled in collaborative and industrial robot applications. With a customer-first mentality, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to innovation, Abraham is poised to tackle new challenges and drive technological advancements in the future.

Dany Pena

Sr. Automation Engineer

I’m passionate for what I do, always keeping high integrity and a teachable mindset I like to help people and making friends along the way.

Graduated in 2008 as Industrial Electrician, migrated to the US in 2013, after adapting to a new country which I can call home, and learned the language decided to continue my superior studies; on 2022 I obtained the Associates Of Engineering major in Electrical Engineering. I’ve worked as Welder in the Oil Field industry and Metal Fitter in the structural welding industry then I had the opportunity to work in the auto industry as welding technician which helped me to transform the knowledge acquires in metal welding and electricity into the automation world. I oversaw the troubleshooting, programming, and preventive maintenance of more than 100 plus welding robots in different applications such as: resistance (spot welding), metal inert gas welding (MIG), and projection welding, moved up in knowledge and experience and became Automation Specialist, I learned even deeper about how to program many systems and applications from scratch such as: Robots , Vision, and PLC systems. Afterwards I kept acquiring knowledge and experience in programming then became Controls Engineer, managed and programed several multimillion-dollar projects including but not limited to, Robotics, PLC, HMI, Vision, Torque stations, and SCADA / MES systems. I take seriously my education to stay up to date with the new technologies to deliver the best service possible to the customers.
